The Fake Listing
A real house posted by a stranger using stolen pictures. The price is so low you feel lucky, which makes you forget to ask the right questions.
Fails when they have to show their real ID.
Every property undergoes four multi-layer verification checks before it goes live. No stolen photos, no phantom landlords — designed to cut scam risk off at the gate.

If you have looked for a place here, you have probably seen at least one of these.
They might look different, but they all use the same tricks and have the same weak spot.
A real house posted by a stranger using stolen pictures. The price is so low you feel lucky, which makes you forget to ask the right questions.
Fails when they have to show their real ID.
They sound so nice on the phone until you pay the viewing fee. Then their number stops working, and their office never even existed.
Fails when their bank name has to match a real ID.
A land document that looks perfectly real but is totally fake. It looks great on paper but has no real history.
Fails when we check the government records and read the papers.
The exact same piece of land sold to three different people in one month. That means three receipts, lots of crying, and a big court case.
Fails because we check who really owns it before it even goes online.
Every scam fails when you actually check the facts.
So we made checking the facts a must, not just an option.
Every home you browse already passed identity, bank and document checks before it reached your screen. If it is on Xavorian, it earned its spot.
Every listing passed four checksOn most websites, anyone can post anything in five minutes.
On Xavorian, a listing has to earn its spot.
If a property fails our checks, it never makes it to the website.
Government ID and live selfie
Every agent and property owner on Xavorian has to show a real government ID and take a live selfie. If they do not show their real identity, they cannot post. There are no hidden sellers here.
Bank name must match the real ID
The bank account that gets the money must have the exact same name as the ID they showed us. Money only goes to the person who proved who they are, never to a stranger.
Property papers are scanned and checked
We scan and check all the important property papers. Our computers help compare what the papers say to what the post says, and flag anything that looks wrong.
A trained reviewer reads the full file
Before anything publishes, a real person reads the complete file — the ID, the bank match, the documents and every flag the machines raised. Only when all four gates are passed does a listing earn its verified badge.
Pass all four — only then does the listing go live, carrying its verified mark.
You should not need a lawyer, a detective, and a prayer just to rent an apartment in your own city.
You should not have to double check the checkers wondering if the agent's badge is even real.
And feeling lucky should be about the house you found not about the fact that you did not get scammed.
We are not asking you to trust stranger number one thousand and one. We are building the system where the stranger is already accounted for — so the only thing left for you to feel about your next property is excitement.
Join the waitlist
One dashboard — your checks, your listings, your money trail.
If they do not show real ID, match their bank details, and prove their documents are real, they cannot post. No exceptions or pending badges. They simply will not be there.
Our system cross-checks property details, account names, and document records first. Then a trained reviewer reads the complete file before any listing reaches your screen.
Payments only go to bank accounts that match their checked ID. When you pay, you know exactly who is getting the money.

Nothing. Verification is the price sellers pay to be trusted by you. Your side of the experience stays free to browse.
They host listings; we vet them. On Xavorian an unverified stranger literally cannot have a listing page.
